Description
The Industrial Engineer will establish efficient manufacturing-cell configurations, standardize routings and material flows, maintain manufacturing databases, support facility planning and plant layouts, and perform capacity studies. The role may supervise other staff and progresses through three levels: Level I requires a bachelor’s degree and basic Lean and industrial-engineering knowledge; Level II adds three years of engineering experience; Level III requires eight years of progressive professional experience, program or project-management expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects and staff.
