Michelin is hiring an Industrial Engineer in Peosta, Iowa to lead continuous improvement, productivity, innovation, process analysis, project management, workforce planning, and digital dashboard development across its manufacturing facilities. The role includes Kaizen and Lean events, capital project analysis, robotics and automation initiatives, and the development of OSiSoft Pi, MicroStrategy, and Power Bi tools. Entry-level training and mentoring are provided, and the position requires 1–3 years of relevant technical experience, with a preferred technical degree and no immigration sponsorship.
