Description
Micron is hiring an Industrial Engineer to maintain and validate capacity models and capital plans, coordinate factory loading and tool installation, and use AI and data engineering to optimize manufacturing capacity, capital scheduling, and production planning. The role collaborates with Central Planning, Factory Network, and Supply Chain teams, applies project management and constraint-debottlenecking strategies, and presents factory constraints to drive manufacturing and cost improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related field, at least two years of leadership experience, programming experience, and hands-on experience with AI tools.
