SimpleXX GmbH is seeking an Industrial Engineer for Airbus Aerostructures at its Augsburg site through employee leasing, with an option to be taken on. The role interfaces production departments and the works council on incentive pay, defines and implements technical and organizational work-system improvements, instructs production schedulers in MTM-UAS and TiCon, coordinates external service providers, and develops time-study and costing fundamentals for manufacturing and assembly processes. Applicants need a completed technical engineering degree or comparable qualification, relevant work experience, strong teamwork and results orientation, secure German negotiation skills, excellent English, and proficiency with MS Office, TiCon, and SAP.
