Description
The Operation Industrial Engineer is responsible for overall Fab capacity, maintaining the capacity model, preventing capacity degradation, improving OEE, and leading capacity expansion, equipment efficiency, productivity, and layout-optimization programs. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or an equivalent field, at least two years of relevant semiconductor-industry experience, extensive Excel and Office Suite knowledge, strong coordination and prioritization skills, and strong business communication skills.
