Description
The Industrial Engineer will support semiconductor manufacturing by performing time and method studies, collecting data, analyzing operations and material flows, establishing test and finishing equipment capacity, forecasting CAPEX and equipment needs, improving tester OEE, reducing manufacturing costs, and maintaining industrial engineering databases. The role requires an engineering degree, more than two years of relevant industrial engineering experience, analytical and process-improvement skills, and familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
