Description
The Industrial Engineer will support battery manufacturing operations, capital projects, production readiness, and continuous improvement at TBMNC. Responsibilities include manufacturing system design, capacity and labor planning, process stabilization, data analytics, equipment integration, project execution, and development of production engineering standards and training materials. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, production systems, or closely related experience, along with strong analytical, technical-writing, data, and cross-functional project-management capabilities.
