Description
The Industrial Engineer will support production improvement, process optimization, cost reduction, and product improvement through data and metric analysis, KPI automation, labor and capacity planning, Lean continuous improvement, simulation modeling, SAP capacity planning, and work-center configuration. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, at least two years of industrial, manufacturing, or related engineering experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD, and simulation software.
