York Space Systems is hiring an Industrial Engineer to lead the scaling and improvement of spacecraft production processes, including capacity planning, facility and work-cell layouts, value-stream mapping, kaizen activities, workflow optimization, and the implementation of digital and automation technologies. The role guides junior engineers, collaborates with production, engineering, quality, planning, and materials teams, and supports new-product introductions. It requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of complex manufacturing experience, Lean certification, and full-time onsite work in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
