Description
The Strategic Industrial Engineer (Automation) will support factory capacity decisions by improving dashboard reporting and analytics, automating data collection from MES and manufacturing systems, developing capacity planning standards and procedures, maintaining capacity database integrity, and leading programs related to capacity increases, equipment efficiency, and productivity improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, project management, or an equivalent field, 1–3 years of relevant semiconductor-industry experience, and proficiency with Excel, Office, Power BI, and Python.
