Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Industrial Engineer in Ocala, Florida, to analyze and design production workflows, facility layouts, and operating methods; improve manufacturing efficiency; support cost, inventory, and production-record systems; and assist with facility modifications. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least one year of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing, a U.S. Government Secret clearance, continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma experience, work-measurement expertise, data analytics skills, ERP and manufacturing software experience, and the ability to obtain the clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $70,500 to $130,900, medical, dental, and vision benefits, flexible scheduling, and other rewards.
