Description
The Industrial Engineer analyzes and designs production workflows, facility layouts, and process lines; conducts cost, inventory, and times studies; supports 6S and accident-prevention programs; and coordinates performance-management and technology-insertion activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or related field, two years of professional experience, statistical analysis and data-analytics skills, SAP or related manufacturing-system familiarity, and Lean manufacturing knowledge. The full-time salary range is $70,500 to $130,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
