Description
The Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing / Process Engineer will establish and maintain production standards, line balances, manning requirements, material flows, equipment layouts, and labor and material requirements for vehicle assembly. The role interfaces with government and internal departments on engineering changes, monitors production-line speed, supports Lean Six Sigma and ISO standards, and leads BOS and MOS programs. It requires an IE, IET, ME, MET, EE, or EET degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of relevant plant experience, knowledge of MS Office, Auto-CAD, UG, and Vis-Mock Up, and the ability to perform time studies and line balancing. The position operates between an office and manufacturing plant, may be assigned to a specific shift, and requires moderate travel.
