Description
The Industrial Engineer will support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, including Kaizen, value stream mapping, productivity and waste reduction, process optimization, facility layout and capacity planning, work measurement, and industrial engineering reporting. The role collaborates with R&D, Process Development, and Equipment Engineering and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of experience including three years in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, time study, line balancing, and operational excellence.
