FORVIA is hiring a year-round Industrial Engineer Intern in Simpsonville, Kentucky to support plant operations through hands-on manufacturing experience and data-driven process improvement. The intern will observe production processes, document workflows, perform time studies and work measurement, support standard work and improvement projects, analyze production data, and prepare reports. The role requires a student pursuing an industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering degree, a minimum 2.8 GPA, availability for a consistent hourly schedule, and basic manufacturing or process improvement knowledge; Excel proficiency and Lean Manufacturing exposure are preferred.
