The role owns the complete project lifecycle, analyzes large data sets, develops executive recommendations, optimizes operations and business processes, and applies program management and change-management discipline across engineering, operations, marketing, finance, and other business functions. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong data-analytics skills, and experience working across cross-functional teams.
