ABB is hiring an on-site Industrial Engineer in Nashik, India, to optimize production assembly methods, processes, equipment, cycle times, and materials. The role leads improvement projects, process and equipment start-ups, new technology testing, line balancing, capacity planning, manufacturing performance monitoring, and CAPEX initiatives. Candidates need 5–8 years of industrial engineering or manufacturing operations experience, strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, VSM, Kaizen, and manufacturing KPIs, and a degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
