Description
The Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer will work in a production environment for an industrial special-purpose machine-building company, optimizing manufacturing processes, material flows, work sequences, shopfloor structures, and Lean methods. Responsibilities include process and root-cause analysis, KVP and Kaizen workshops, standardization, time studies, layout optimization, KPI development, data-driven improvement projects, training, coaching, and collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning. The role requires a relevant technical degree or comparable qualification, production-near experience, Lean and shopfloor management experience, analytical and communication skills, and a clean criminal record certificate.
