Description
The Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer will work directly in the production environment at the Salzgitter site, optimizing manufacturing processes, material flows, work sequences, and shopfloor structures. The role applies Lean, Six Sigma, KVP, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, and Visual Management methods; conducts process and root-cause analyses; develops KPIs and work instructions; supports production stability; and coaches team leaders and employees. The position requires a relevant technical degree, production-adjacent experience, Lean and shopfloor management experience, analytical and communication skills, and a clean police clearance certificate.
