Description
The Production Operations Estimator develops production-operation estimates for TINA/FAR-compliant proposals and cost management for development contracts. Responsibilities include analyzing historical actuals, applying learning curves, building cost models, forecasting production lot estimates, preparing basis-of-estimate rationales, completing monthly estimate-at-complete assessments and earned-value analysis, and presenting findings to Production Operations leadership. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Finance, or a similar field, Microsoft Office proficiency, experience with labor estimates and learning curves, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. SAP, FAR proposal, CAM, manufacturing, data analytics, and Tableau experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
