Description
The Industrial Engineer will analyze and design production workflows, facility layouts, and operating methods; improve manufacturing efficiency, cost control, inventory, and throughput; support production planning, scheduling, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement; and assist with manufacturing cell design and facility modifications. The role requires industrial engineering experience in production or manufacturing, process improvement and production planning experience, the ability to balance manufacturing lines under takt time, and a Secret security clearance. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
