The Industrial Engineer analyzes and designs production workflows, facility layouts, and operating methods to improve efficiency and utilization. The role supports production line design, capacity and throughput optimization, cost and inventory control, performance metrics, and facility modifications, while partnering with Manufacturing and Facilities Engineering. Candidates need production or manufacturing experience, continuous improvement knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
