Description
The Value Stream Planner / Industrial Engineer will design, optimize, and stabilize digital manufacturing systems for robotic and mechatronic production. The role covers value-stream and process analysis, lean improvement, material and information-flow design, time studies, layout analysis, product and process approvals, technical change management, and coordination with development, quality, production, logistics, and plant engineering. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree, at least three years of relevant experience, several years of lean and value-stream experience, strong German and English skills, and a structured, analytical, hands-on approach.
