Bascom Hunter is hiring an Industrial Engineering Intern to support process improvement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across aerospace and defense operations. The intern will evaluate engineering, operations, manufacturing, and business processes; collect and analyze data; develop recommendations and metrics; support workflow analysis, capacity planning, and implementation of improvements; and manage projects across multidisciplinary teams. The role is paid and available on full-time or part-time schedules, with flexible start and end dates based on the intern's academic schedule.
