Description
The Industrial Engineering Manager leads the Industrial Engineering Department and drives lean manufacturing, operational excellence, continuous improvement, labor optimization, facility planning, capacity analysis, and production-line implementation. The role manages engineering personnel, develops manufacturing standards and KPIs, supports new product and capital projects, and collaborates with Operations, Product Development, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Safety teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or operations discipline is preferred, and at least five years of progressive manufacturing experience with industrial engineering or operations improvement leadership is required.
