DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Industrial Engineer Manager to support the implementation of automated material-handling equipment in distribution centers. The role covers equipment layout and function, performance calculations, punch-listing and rate testing, warehouse control and execution systems, operations training, data analysis, maintenance agreements, and productivity estimates. The position requires a bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent work experience, at least three years of engineering experience, and at least one year of distribution, logistics, or project-management experience, along with expertise in PLC control, CAD, WCS/WMS, barcoding, data analysis, labor modeling, and large-scale project management.
