Description
The Industrial Engineer Manager supports the implementation of automated material-handling equipment in distribution centers across design, implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live phases. The role provides equipment-layout and performance advice, calculates rates, supports punch-listing and rate testing, contributes to warehouse-control-system design and testing, trains operations teams, analyzes equipment data, and develops productivity estimates. It requires a bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent work experience, at least three years of engineering experience, and at least one year of distribution, logistics, or project-management experience, along with expertise in PLC control, CAD, WCS/WMS, barcoding, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
