Description

The Industrial Engineering Manager will lead the Industrial Engineering and Maintenance function at the Stafford Manufacturing facility, overseeing equipment, tooling, infrastructure, reliability, maintenance, industrial projects, commissioning, capacity expansion, safety, and operational readiness. The role partners with Manufacturing, Process, Lean, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, and Projects teams and requires a relevant engineering degree or significant industrial experience, plus expertise in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, CAPEX projects, reliability, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline, or significant relevant industrial experience
Required Previous Experiences: Industrial, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Engineering Management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing manufacturing equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and improvement
Experience managing CAPEX and industrialisation projects from definition through operational handover
Experience working with production teams in heavy industrial, engineered-to-order, or large-assembly manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
Experience in heavy electrical equipment, transformers, power generation/transmission, aerospace, automotive, or complex engineered-product manufacturing
Experience with TPM, RCM, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience implementing or improving CMMS and using equipment data for reliability
Experience with factory layout, utilities, equipment relocation, capacity expansion, and production ramp-up
Project management and financial skills, including CAPEX planning, budgeting, and investment justification
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong leadership and organisational skills
