The role covers engineering requests, estimating and planning, client relationships, team leadership, technical reviews, procurement, quality and safety, cost and progress reporting, change requests, and commercial development. Candidates should have a general engineering degree or proven technical project-management experience, at least five years of project-management engineering or EPC experience in chemicals, refining, pharmaceuticals, or other process industries, and proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD or Plant 3D.
