PCA is hiring an Industrial Equipment Engineer to provide engineering services for maintenance and operating personnel, resolve equipment reliability issues, develop preventive and predictive maintenance procedures, supervise mill and contract employees, and maintain equipment files and databases. The role requires a BS degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering, 2–3 years of industrial manufacturing experience, pulp and paper experience preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, and availability for any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime. The starting salary range is $86,400–$108,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
