Assystem is hiring an intern engineer specializing in industrial IT systems to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of virtualized systems protecting EDF nuclear power plant sites in France. The role involves qualifying and validating virtualization solutions for a GENETEC SECURITY CENTER based on NUTANIX, comparing NUTANIX and PROXMOX, documenting backup and restore procedures with VEEAM, researching real-time redundancy and fleet-version-management solutions, and potentially participating in an on-site GENETEC migration project. Candidates must be pursuing a BAC+5 engineering degree specializing in Industrial IT and should have strong analytical, writing, research, and teamwork skills; knowledge of virtualization solutions and FreeBSD is advantageous.
