Nelson-Jameson is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Coordinator / Planner Scheduler in Marshfield, Wisconsin, to plan, schedule, and coordinate service, repair, and preventative maintenance work across multiple customer locations. The role manages work orders, technician schedules, parts and equipment needs, service documentation, CMMS and ERP data, asset hierarchies, reporting, quoting, invoicing, and continuous improvement. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, industrial parts knowledge, CMMS or ERP experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and travel of up to 25% primarily throughout the Midwest. The position pays $28.00+ per hour and includes health benefits, a company-matched 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.
