Description
O-I is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to perform work orders, preventive maintenance, structural repair and construction, specialized steel and stainless-steel welding, problem detection and resolution, and technical support for the batching and formulation department. The role requires a vocational diploma in Industrial Construction and Maintenance Mechanics or an equivalent, at least three years of industrial maintenance experience, welding and oxy-fuel cutting skills, drawing interpretation, physical ability to handle heavy objects, safety knowledge, and a practical welding test. The schedule is an 8-hour shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
