Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Watertown, Massachusetts, to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include gearbox, pump, conveyor, and packaging equipment maintenance; electrical work up to 480V; motor controls and safety circuits; PLC troubleshooting; welding and basic fabrication; equipment setups and changeovers; and CMMS documentation. The role requires 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics; a technical degree or certification is preferred. The position pays $35 to $50+ per hour, offers full benefits, and requires the ability to work overtime and weekends.
