Bartlett is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Operator in Northgate, Saskatchewan to install, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, inspect, and refurbish grain-handling, chemical, fertilizer, propane, lumber, and other powered mobile equipment. The role covers mechanical, electrical, PLC, welding, fabrication, hydraulic, pneumatic, carpentry, concrete, and painting work, with scheduled maintenance, downtime coordination, spare-parts management, safety practices, and training of junior workers. It is a first-shift, Monday-to-Friday position with overtime as needed, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation, profit sharing, and RRSP matching.
