Description
The Rèv'up employer group, through the ideallis training center, is recruiting candidates for an 18-month professionalization contract in industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. The program includes a six-week gateway training course covering electricity, mechanics, and machine safety, followed by alternating periods at the training center and a partner user company. Participants work under an experienced mentor on preventive maintenance, overhauls, lubrication, inspections, troubleshooting, and replacement of defective components, with the goal of obtaining a recognized industrial maintenance certification and gaining significant experience diagnosing and repairing production facilities.
