Sonoco is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician in Beavercreek, Ohio, reporting to the Plant Engineer. The role performs proactive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems; troubleshoots and repairs equipment; analyzes root causes; conducts preventive and predictive maintenance; documents work in a CMMS; and supports continuous improvement. The position works the second and third shifts, with a pay range of $31.80 to $39.87 plus a $0.75 shift differential for the second and third shifts. A high school diploma is required, while an associate degree in a related technical field or equivalent military experience is preferred.
