Description
The Maintenance Shift Supervisor supports the Facility Manager and shift operational leadership by leading maintenance activities, repair functions, reporting compliance, safety, training, technician development, labor allocation, root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and contractual KPI reporting. The role requires at least two years of maintenance supervision or lead experience, five or more years of electrical and mechanical work experience, and familiarity with industrial control systems, preventive maintenance, parts management, and reporting. The shift runs Wednesday through Saturday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with on-call availability for weekends, nights, and holidays, and requires the candidate to be local to the facility.
