Description
Midland Garage Door is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for its Salt Lake City facility to lead and develop a maintenance team while troubleshooting and repairing automated production equipment, including PLC-controlled roll forming lines, motion controls, pneumatic systems, drives, and mechanical assemblies. The role owns preventive maintenance, work orders, parts and inventory, maintenance budgets, safety compliance, and building and grounds upkeep, while also diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and controls-level faults. The position requires 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment, PLC and motion-control knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems; supervisory experience is preferred. The day-shift schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and the employer does not offer visa sponsorship.
