Description
The Finance Department is hiring an Industrial Management Controller on a fixed-term contract at the Autun production site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Europe Management Controller and working with plant managers, the role monitors manufacturing costs and production processes, prepares rolling forecasts, supports budgeting and standard-rate development, contributes to continuous improvement and cost reduction, creates dashboards and KPIs, and helps maintain reliable financial data. The position requires a Bac +2 qualification, 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, English fluency, and an interest in the industrial environment; SAP FICO knowledge is advantageous.
