Armacell GmbH is recruiting multiple Industrial Management Assistant trainees for a 2.5-year vocational training program at its European headquarters in Münster, Germany, starting 1 September 2027. Trainees rotate through procurement, sales, payroll, finance, human resources, controlling, production planning, and logistics; attend weekly vocational school; and complete business tasks and projects. Candidates need a Fach-Abitur or equivalent upper secondary qualification, good English, Microsoft Office proficiency, numeracy, interest in business administration, independence, communication skills, and accountability. The program is full-time at 37.5 hours per week and includes staged training compensation, development opportunities, and benefits.
