Description
The Industrial Manufacturing Technical Trainer develops, delivers, and evaluates technical training for production employees, covering manufacturing concepts, equipment troubleshooting, safety, food safety, and quality assurance. The role uses classroom, virtual, and plant-floor instruction, Learning Management Systems, multimedia materials, and subject-matter experts, while also maintaining training security and compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, education, or a related field, technical-training or instructional-design experience, LMS and video-conferencing proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. The position works in both an office and manufacturing environment.
