Description
The Industrial Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship is a tripartite program between Metro Community College, Graepel, and the Industry Consortium for Advanced Technical Training (ICATT). The apprentice receives on-the-job training across metal fabrication processes, attends college classes, maintains a skills log, completes ICATT coursework, and produces parts demonstrating acquired skills. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work under supervision, operate power and hand tools, and work independently or in a team. Graepel pays tuition and fees, provides an hourly rate for class days, and pays 100% of medical and dental premiums for full-time employees.
