Description
PERMACON GmbH is hiring an Industrial Mechanic in Regen to process precision optical components on CNC machines, select tools and manufacturing parameters, perform cleanliness checks and measurements, and participate in control loops and continuous improvement teams. The role requires vocational training in industrial mechanics, fine optics, or a technical trade, preferably in metalworking, with CNC experience desirable. It offers 35 hours per week, permanent employment from the start, rotating three-shift work, and an attractive compensation package under the IG Metall collective agreement.
