QPS GmbH is hiring an industrial mechanic in Bamberg for a long-term assignment with an open-ended employment contract starting from day one. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC-controlled machines; performing chip-forming manufacturing processes such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding; working from technical drawings; documenting work steps; maintaining and servicing machines and tools; and complying with safety regulations. Candidates need German industrial mechanic training, assembly knowledge, at least B1 German, strong hands-on aptitude, technical-drawing and bill-of-materials literacy, and a structured working style. The position offers an hourly wage of €20.00–€28.50, vacation and Christmas bonuses, travel expense subsidies, occupational medical preventive examination, and onboarding support.
