Description
Eclipse Automation is hiring a full-time Industrial Mechanic for an on-site day-shift role in Cambridge, Ontario. The position assembles, sets up, tests, commissions, troubleshoots, and repairs custom automated systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, electrical sensing components, power transmission systems, and conveyor systems. The role requires interpreting engineering drawings, performing heavy lifts, using lifting equipment, traveling to customer locations, and holding a valid driver’s license, MVR, and passport. Candidates need a millwright, tool-and-die, ironworker, or equivalent qualification and at least five years of industrial manufacturing experience; Z299/N299 energy-project experience, heavy-machinery experience, and Candu refurbishment knowledge are assets. Compensation is $36.00-$44.00 per hour, with RRSP, health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and paid leave benefits.
