Coffman Engineers is hiring an Industrial Mechanical Engineer/Crane Engineer to support and lead crane refurbishment and replacement projects for aerospace, military, energy, private, and manufacturing clients. The role includes engineering and design, technical calculations, multidisciplinary team coordination, site visits, construction support, and load testing. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least four years of crane or heavy machinery engineering experience, and occasional travel; SolidWorks proficiency and a Professional Engineer license are preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule, a $85,000-$100,000 salary range, and is not eligible for sponsorship.
