Description
The Mechanical Maintenance Technician inspects, installs, repairs, adjusts, and maintains manufacturing equipment in a pipe mill facility. The role covers fluid power and pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems with servo components, plant utilities, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, work-order processing, maintenance records, production startups and shutdowns, and equipment check sheets. The position requires a high school education and three years of mechanical technician experience, including experience with fluid power and pneumatic systems, mechanical drawings, electrical circuits, industrial manufacturing processes, pipe-stretching equipment, predictive maintenance, and installation devices.
