Scot Forge Company is hiring an Industrial Operations / Continuous Improvement Intern for the Summer of 2027 at its corporate facility in Spring Grove, Illinois. The intern will support the operations management team on manufacturing-floor continuous improvement initiatives, shop-floor projects, meetings, 5S activities, Total Productive Maintenance, and daily collaborative meetings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, rising junior or higher status at the start of the internship, self-management and problem-solving skills, learning agility, SolidWorks or other CAD/CAM knowledge, and Microsoft Office experience.
