Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Operations Engineer to support production operations at Santa Barbara Focalplane. The role provides industrial engineering support through capacity modeling, standards development, factory performance measurement, simulation modeling, factory layouts, facility expansion, MES development, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects. The position reports to the site Operations Engineering manager and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, professional experience, and U.S. citizenship due to special access requirements.
